Mykola Rokitsky

He studied art in Mykhailo Boychuk’s studio at Ukrainian State Arts Academy (1920-1927). Since 1924 he took part in republican and international exhibitions. He was a member of ARMU (1925-1929) and then of Zhovten’ Union. In 1927-1928, he worked under Boychuk’s supervision and made frescos for Peasant Sanatorium at Hajibey Estuary, Odessa. He taught at Kyiv Art Institute.
